Lethal concoction~
We just had our first lecture on Toxicology and guess what, our lecturer started it off with a recipe: Swiss Chicken = P. One that sounded really good too, until the shoe dropped. Lesson learnt: Do Not cook ham and Cheese together under high temperatures. The nitrites in ham and amines in cheese react readily to form nitrosamines, which are a group of carcinogens! i.e they are cancer-causing compounds!!!! Sheesh~
gosh~!!~ they're carcinogenic?!? i dint know that!!
